Alison Winfield-Burns is an American artist represented by Emerge Gallery in Saugerties, New York: "Alison has a true painterly touch that is very interesting"—art critic Anthony Haden-Guest. Zest and glee radiate from her art, reflecting an inner passion in everything and everyone she encounters.


Winfield-Burns has a Merit Award for fresco from the National Academy of Design. Her oil portrait of Oscar Wilde is in the Permanent Collection of Manhattan's Leslie-Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art. She was an early student of Allen Ginsberg at the Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics and is an alumna of Columbia University. Her illustrated memoir is expected 2017 in bookstores.
